**Product Marketing Manager, E-commerce & Retail, South Cone Responsibilities**:
- Create multi-year, annual and semi-annual plans to drive revenue growth for the e-commerce and retail vertical
- Partner with Sales teams and other Product Marketing Managers to build & activate go-to-market strategies for highest priority product solutions
- Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels
- Build cross-functional relationships and prioritize work to efficiently deploy finite capacity
- Position new advertising products and feature enhancements for the e-commerce and retail industry
- Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products
- Define and scale best practices to drive best practice adoption and new product activation
- Solve business challenges with scaled solutions
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing
- Demonstrated product marketing experience within web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
- Analytical skills and experience solving problems with data
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
- Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience driving strategic & tactical product decisions with a Sr. Level audience (internally & externally)
- Familiarity with ecommerce strategies in the changing data ecosystem
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the e-commerce and/or retail industry
- Project/Program Management experience to drive partnership via shared goals aligned workstream ownership
- Demonstrated experience influencing decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood
- Understanding and familiarity with Meta's advertising products
- Training/education experience
