PUSHTech is looking for a bilingual remote Customer Success Manager located in AMER Time Zone. This role will focus on clients in the Americas, while also working with the European based team. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success.
**Jobs Summary**:

- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Find and fix issues that clients reported
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Aid in product design and product development.

Required Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience working with CRMs and or Marketing platforms.
- Master in Computer Science or equivalen
- Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Exceptional knowledge in Web development
- Well-developed communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Very good Spanish and English.
- Highly organized.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of customer support processes.
- Experience in document creation.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.
