Within Nokia, you will be part of Customer Services team, covering customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generating revenue and increasing customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Medium level knowledge of mobile packet core networks and functionality of GGSN, SGSN, SAE-GW, MME, AMF, UPF, NRD and NPC/PCRF.
- At least three years experience on EPC and Policy projects for customers. Knowledge of GSM/Packet-Core/EPC and Policy networks, routing and signaling; and GPRS call flow concept with all PS core nodes including Gb, Gr, Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy,Gz interfaces.
- EPC and Policy Configuration, Integration, testing and basic troubleshooting.
- Execute customer acceptance tests, follow Methods of Procedures (MOPs) for low difficulty executions, migration procedures for EPC and NPC.
- Knowledge of adjacent third-party NE’s: Infoblox DNS, Checkpoint FW, Juniper and Cisco Routers/Switches.
- KPIs monitoring for day after on live network interventions and trends identification to raise abnormal behaviors in the EPC network elements.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory requirement)
- At least 3 years experience on EPC projects delivery

It would be nice if you also had:

- Entry level knowledge on VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestrations
- Good communication, skills, both internally and oriented to customer.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and several interfaces within a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated well-organized individual who can handle multiple tasks, and who can follow technical processes and instructions.
- Ability to work and learn under basic to medium level supervision, proactive and ability to work under pressure.
