**TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST**
**Location**: Poblado (Medellín)
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm - 100% on-site

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment processes from the initial search to successful placement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly placement and hiring goals.
- Use ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in IT, sales, executive, **or** financial roles in the U.S. market.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes in at least one of these areas.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proactive, results-oriented personality with experience working toward commission-based goals.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment or sales targets.
