**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage BIM planning and execution for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Facilitate and lead ICE meetings with a strong technical focus
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM documentation, including BEPs and project standards.
- Experience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise
- Coordinate large-scale design elements such as terminals and control towers using BIM tools like Navisworks, Coordination Module of ACC and NewForma.
- Provide ongoing BIM support and guidance to design teams across disciplines

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in design consultancy or construction, ideally in infrastructure projects and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience coordinating or producing BIM-based designs in multidisciplinary engineering projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Civil 3D, with Autodesk certifications
- Expertise in Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIMTrack and Power BIM
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish-English), with a minimum English level of B2

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Project Management or BIM Management
- Certification in BIM methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with programming tools such as Python and Dynamo
