**Your Mission**

Coordinate multiple IT and cloud projects, ensuring timelines, tasks, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
Chair and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain accurate project documentation, artifacts, and version control on SharePoint.
Provide timely and accurate **weekly status reports** to internal and customer stakeholders.
Track project risks, issues, and escalations — and flag concerns proactively to senior leadership.
Support resource coordination, timesheet tracking, and billing activities.
Work closely with global teams and customer stakeholders across regions.
Assist project managers and delivery leads in ensuring smooth execution and governance.

**What You Bring**

3+ years of experience as an **IT Project Coordinator**.
Strong experience in project tracking, reporting, and coordination.
Exposure to **cloud, infrastructure, or database projects**.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with mínimal supervision.

**Bonus Points If You Have**

Experience coordinating **Oracle, licensing, or cloud-based projects**.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure or database services environments.
Familiarity with **Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint**.
Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) is a plus.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
