A través del análisis de datos, sugerir el plan de demanda a partir del forecast de ventas comercial. Analizar el cumplimiento del plan de suministro vs el plan de demanda identificando discrepancias y generar las alertas e información relevante. Considerar en todos los análisis la información generada por las áreas Comercial, Mercadeo, Producto, Producción, Procurement y Customer Service. Apoyar la gestión de la planificación del flujo de inventarios a través del análisis de datos de demanda y suministro, generar soluciones de pronóstico, y proveer análisis de estadístico de las operaciones de la cadena de suministro.
1. Analizar mensualmente el forecast de ventas por país, cliente y producto, e identificar posibles discrepancias y variaciones. Aclarar las inconsistencias identificadas con los equipos comercial y de producto, y generar las propuestas de ajuste necesarias para definir el plan de demanda definitivo.
2. Monitorear mensualmente el cumplimiento del plan de suministro y compararlo con el plan de demanda para identificar e informar desviaciones con el fin de encontrar soluciones con las fuentes de suministro.
3. A partir de los datos reconciliados de demanda y suministro, generar información relevante para el análisis de los inventarios de los almacenes de la región.
4. Monitorear la acertividad del forecast de ventas vs las ventas reales, así como los cambios en los forecast para un mismo periodo entre los diferentes ejercicios (consistencia del forecast). Generar propuestas que busquen una mejora contínua del proceso.
5. Proponer soluciones para mejorar la precisión de los pronósticos de demanda y suministro.
6. Proporcionar análisis de datos para las reuniones periódicas de demanda, suministro y SIOP, que permitan identificar problemas y tomar decisiones que impacten positivamente tanto a clientes como a los resultados del negocio.Vantage is a fast-growing, leading global supplier of naturally derived specialty ingredients and formulations that cater to the evolving needs of consumer and industrial markets.
