**The Position**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Serve as the central marketing operations resource for the organization, owning and executing key marketing processes.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to develop and document process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing technology solutions and make recommendations for new tools and systems to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage data quality in marketing databases and CRM systems, developing and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track progress against marketing KPIs and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns, working with teams across the organization to align activities and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to achieve desired results.
- Prepare post-campaign analysis reports detailing successes, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Managing and implementing a successful marketing operations team.
- Analyze the marketing strategies and ensure they are effective.
- Ensures that all the marketing team needs are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing operations role, with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data.
- Proven track record of process improvement.
- Experience with marketing automation software (SFMC preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
