**Job Summary**

**Responsible for creating (designing), adapting, and delivering engaging digital content**(videos, key visuals, graphic pieces) following digital industry standards and best practices, as well as Colgate policies.** The analyst must be enthusiastic about AI** and use it in their creative processes. This role will work with a variety of stakeholders and teams: Digital Creation, eCommerce, Marketing, Agencies, Customer Development, and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands across all Colgate-Palmolive categories.

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

- Adapt and create key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies across Latinoamerica.

- Follow best practices and brand guidelines in all creative developments.

- Deliver projects on time and report production hours accordingly.

- Guarantee the quality of all assets, compliance with corporate guidelines and technical standards, usability and monitoring of the industry.

- Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published follow agency controls.

- Proficiently uses AI tools to streamline the creative process, from ideation to final optimization.

- Communicate to local teams and division teams new assets are properly set to go-live

- Interact with digital agencies and internal stakeholders in the LATAM division to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations.

- Report to Digital Content & Creative Coordinator - BEX the project status and timelines.

**Range of Qualifications**

Year of experience: 1 Year

**Functional Experience and Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Dimension, Adobe XD), Google Web Designer

- Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Slides, etc)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design

- Attention to detail

- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

- Strong analytical skills

- Time management and organizational skills

- Advanced knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography,

- Intermediate knowledge of web design, video, UX/UI design

- Experience with both print and digital media

Plus:

- Basic knowledge of PM tools, specifically Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

** Education**:

- BS degree
- English intermediate
