- Liderar al equipo de Qulity Assurence para la región de América Latina y el Caribe, para el negocio de reaseguro facultativo, con foco en optimizar el servicio a las diferentes oficinas de la región, considerando su tamaño y complejidad del negocio
- Llevar a cabo el ciclo completo de revisiones de calidad de los controles internos: planificación, selección de archivos, identificación de problemas, redacción de informes y seguimiento posterior a la revisión.
- Crear material de formación para los diferentes stakeholders
- Coordinar capacitaciones sobre controles internos y procesos regionales a los diferentes stakeholders
- Ayudar a los directores de operaciones y directores ejecutivos con respecto a las necesidades diarias relacionadas con los controles internos

**¿Qué necesitas tener?**
- Bilingüe (B2-C1)
- Profesional en ingeniería, administración o afines.
- Mínimo (5) años de experiência liderando temas de calidad en seguros o reaseguros.
