**About the Company**:As part of our ongoing growth and development, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst to join our team for a critical implementation project involving the migration of loan systems from Megasys to Northridge.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with SCRUM teams, developers, Business Analysts (BAs), Project Managers (PM), and stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize AzureDevOps for test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Work within an Agile and SCRUM environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Actively participate in the migration of loan systems, leveraging your expertise to ensure a seamless transition from Megasys to Northridge.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in testing methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in using AzureDevOps for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with a track record of successful collaboration in SCRUM teams.
- Experience working closely with developers, BAs, PM, and business stakeholders.
- Previous involvement in migration projects, particularly in the context of loan systems, is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $5,663,895 - $8,822,159 per month
