**Bookkeeping & Office Support Specialist** (Remote - Full Time)**

A U.S.based property management company is seeking a **highly organized and proactive Bookkeeping & Office Support Specialist** for its daily operations. The company offers full-service property management, including tenant screening and leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.

**Important**: This role is conducted **entirely in English**. An **advanced English level (written and spoken)** is required to communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members based in the U.S.

**Role Overview**
The Property Management Assistant will provide administrative, accounting, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential properties. The role includes bookkeeping, maintenance coordination, customer service, and support with property marketing through specialized software platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks (recording income/expenses, bank reconciliations)
- Enter deposits and expenses into accounting software
- Create and follow up on maintenance service requests
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs
- Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact
- Respond to client and prospect inquiries (including through platforms like Zillow)
- Schedule property showings and leasing appointments
- Publish and manage property listings on Zillow and similar platforms
- Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospective tenants
- Assist in executing marketing strategies for available properties

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, in bookkeeping activities
- Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Rent Manager, or similar
- Understanding of basic accounting and bank reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with platforms like Zillow
- Strong command of Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
- **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory**

**Position Details**

- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fully remote position
- Location preference: Based in Bogotá (preferred, not required)
- Contractor position
- 30-day trial period
