- **What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?**
- **What are your hours?**
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day/late shifts and your work week is minimum 40 hours, for example: 5x8hrs In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns operating within 24 hours Monday to Sunday. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will

**What qualifications do we need from you?**
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in Colombia
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) English level 85% or above.
- Proficient computer skills
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm
- You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
- From a technical perspective, a minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
