**Role Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in our operations. You will be responsible for providing top-quality service, actively listening to clients' inquiries and complaints, and offering accurate information. Your role will be crucial in increasing brand value and inspiring customer loyalty through every interaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound customer service and business support calls efficiently and effectively.
- Exhibit positive energy and stay motivated while solving complex customer issues.
- Actively listen, interject, and paraphrase customers’ requests to clarify and meet their needs.
- Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make confident decisions that benefit customers.
- Assist customers with issues on our digital self-service platform.
- Display self-motivation to achieve targets, organizational goals, and objectives.
- Meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSRs, including quality, average handle time, and schedule compliance.
- Schedule service appointments for our customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

**Skills and Qualities Required**

- ** Fluency in English**: Level C1 or C2 proficiency required.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role.

**Requirements**:

- Desktop computer with a noise-canceling headset.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts.
