As a **Software Project Manager**, you will be responsible for taking leadership of projects, leading and managing them throughout their life cycle, meeting client expectations and ensuring high quality results at every stage of each project.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Discuss and present potential projects and their parameters with clients, product managers, and software developers.
- Plan software projects, define the scope, create statements of work, set deadlines, and develop a communication strategy.
- Develop architecture strategy for technology and integration solutions/platforms.
- Participate in and supervise each stage of the project.
- Ensure each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Work with the Product Advocate to deliver completed software products to clients and perform regular checks on the products' performance.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: Desirable bachelor's Degree in systems, computer, industrial or electronic engineering, or any other career-related. Having a PMP Certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: 4+ years of technology project management experience, incluiding team management, customer-facing, resolution and negotiation experience.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Colombia, this position will be remote, preferably remote in Bogotá.
- **Salary**: $ 8.000.000 COP. During the first 6 months the salary will be $7.500.000 COP, then it will be increased to $8.000.000 COP.
