As a Project Manager, your role will involve providing administrative and project management support to the Organization’s Leadership Team. You will act as a liaison between the Leadership Team, operations, and staff. We are teaming up with a cutting-edge decentralized credit protocol, **Zivoe** is at the forefront of transforming high-interest consumer lending on a global scale. Be part of this groundbreaking movement and help shape a more inclusive financial landscape with us **What You'll Do** - Manage project team to execute operations projects effectively and efficiently. - Define scope, budget, and schedule for operations project. - Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions. - Develop project budget in consideration of cost optimization and reduction goals. - Track, monitor, and control expenses based on budgetary guidelines. - Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines. - Manage and lead scope changes for operations projects. - Manage resource assignment, work allocation, and software and hardware requirements for operations projects. - Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team. - Address questions and concerns of the project team, management, and customers in a professional and confident manner. - Provide project progress status, delays, and issues to customers in a timely manner. - Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations. - Provide support and guidance to the project team as and when needed. - Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals. - Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback to staff **What You'll Bring To The Team** - Strong spoken and written English C1+ - High energy level and flexibility to meet a wide variety of strategic and tactical demands, while producing superior work products under short deadlines. - Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels. - Experienced with the "who & how" of getting things done through others, without formal authority by building and using a large network. - Excellent relationship-building skills with all levels of employees and leadership. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to drive progress toward aligned objectives and goals. - Motivation to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance. **We Offer You** - Opportunities to work in a fast-paced startup environment supportive of teamwork, ownership, and purpose. - Flexible working environment (flexible working hours, working from our state-of-the-art office space in El Poblado). - One-of-a-kind company values and teamwork culture as well as a meaningful mission and challenging work. - Private health insurance for you plus a family member. - 50% discount on lunch with our partnered restaurant Pay: $5,000,000 - $7,000,000 per month Application Question(s): - Could you please rate your English proficiency on a scale of 1 to 10? - What is your salary expectation?
