**Funciones**:
- Capaz de resolver todos los problemas de nível 1 y mantener sistemáticamente un alto nível de resolución en la primera llamada.
- Gestionar todos los tickets de llamadas de servicio abiertos por clientes internos/externos, realizando un seguimiento desde el inicio del ticket hasta su resolución.

- Actualiza los tickets de soporte con las entradas de actividades apropiadas según sea necesario.
**Requisitos**:
- 1-2 años de experiência en IT HelpDesk.
- Inglés
- Licenciatura en Informática o experiência equivalente.
- Solución de problemas de software y hardware, sistema operativo Windows y Microsoft Office (Excel+).
- Experiência en redes / CCNA, Networks+.CompTIA A.
