We are currently looking for:
SERVER ADMINISTRATOR
As the Server Administrator, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and support of Windows/ESX servers, operating systems, and disk storages for various CANPACK Group companies. We will support you in getting certified (e.g., ITIL, VMware, Windows Server, MS SQL database). You will have the chance to develop your knowledge in expert teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Administer IT systems including (servers, storages, SAN, virtualisation):
- performing control tasks
- backing up IT systems
- overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues
- eliminating the causes of system malfunctions
- uploading system patches in accordance with accepted procedures
- Manage Accesses
- Office 365 administration (Exchange, Microsoft Defender ATP, Endpoint Manager)
- Azure Administration
- Provide technical support of users as the 3nd Line of Support
- Record and process incidents in the Service Desk system
- Make reviews related to repair, modernization, scrapping and hardware/software purchase
- Develop and update of technical documentation
- Participate in projects in IT infrastructure development
Our key requirements are:
- BSc or MSc degree in IT or related profile
- 3 years+ experience in administration of servers
- Experience in administration of Linux and MS Windows Server 2008+ (Active Directory, PowerShell), Azure
- Experience in managing virtual environment on the VMWare ESX platform
- Knowledge of storage and SAN solutions
- Practical knowledge of backup tools and databases (MS SQL)
- Ability to solve the problem by analysing system logs
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of English at least on B1 level
- Able to travel globally (10%)
