We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Project Manager. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

**This **opportunity is **Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop project plans that integrate software development and deployment in a seamless manner.
- Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of software developers, technology professionals, and QA testers.
- Facilitate communication between development and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all development practices adhere to predefined quality standards.
- Track project performance and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use data and feedback to guide development and operational decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates.
- Ensure that projects comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the integration of security practices into the development and deployment processes.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

**Key to Success**

**Qualifications**
- **Proven **Experience** in DevOps**: Strong background in DevOps methodologies and practices, with demonstrated experience in implementing and managing DevOps processes.
- **Expertise** in Azure DevOps**: Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for software development, including familiarity with its features such as Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, and Test Plans.
- **Software Development Background**: Solid understanding of software development life cycles, with experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- **Project Management Skills**: Demonstrated ability in managing technical projects, preferably in a DevOps context, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating DevOps teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of coding/scripting languages relevant to DevOps processes (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a DevOps environment.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Certifications (Optional)**: Certifications in Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) would be an added advantage.
- **Understanding of Cloud Technologies**: Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially those related to Microsoft Azure.
