Our Webhelp-Bogota office is looking for Sales Development Specialist with knowledge of technology products and services, good handling of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), and a high level of Spoken English.
The vacancy is to be performed in the city of Bogota in a face-to-face manner from Monday to Friday under an indefinite contract modality.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven Sales experience, including new customer prospecting experience
- Conversational English B2 or Higher
- OEM, Reseller, VAR, or Channel experience a strong plus
- Knowledge of data center server and commercial PC client solutions
**Some of the Responsibilities will include**:
- Revenue Generation and Share of Wallet Growth
- Acquisition of new customers
- Development of existing customers into named accounts
- Lead generation and follow up
- Territory Planning
- Pipeline generation
- Selling with channel and OEM partners
- Talent pool and sales management
- Customer Maintenance
- CRM operations and maintenance
- Establish NDAs (not sign the NDA)
- Distribution of Marketing Newsletters for assigned Territories
- Secure case studies and referrals
- Results reporting
- Voice of the customer feedback
