Descripción del empleo
- Branch Technical Support such as moves, server administration, advanced troubleshooting, global and regional projects implementation.
- Leads the local IS team
- Incident Management utilizing Service Desk
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system troubleshooting in the branch and when needed the region
- Responsible for compliance with Expeditors audit procedures related to IS
- Regular and timely communication with District Managers and Regional IS Manager
- Offer suggestions and comments to Regional IS Manager for system improvements
- Execute the tactical business plan for the IS department
- Manage branch hardware acquisitions to make sure that money is spent on items to boost productivity.
- Support branch disaster recovery efforts as they occur
- Deliver IS training courses within the branch

**Requisitos**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and task prioritization (including project work)
- Knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends
- Commitment to company policies and controls
