We're World Wide Data (WWD), a company delivering sports analytics to clients worldwide. We're building a new remote data creation team in LATAM of 8 to 10 people to expand our capabilities. Your main role will be watching sports videos and entering structured data into our proprietary system as well as conducting AI data labelling.
Having successfully collaborated with multiple teams over the past 8+ years, across the globe and more to come we're now launching this additional team in LATAM to enhance reliability and quality.
We’re looking for detail oriented individuals to join our team in a role focused on data tracking and AI labeling. **This is a non customer facing position**, **no phone calls or customer service interactions are required**. Instead, you’ll be responsible for completing labeling tasks with precision and consistency, helping to train and improve AI systems. Success in this role depends on your ability to focus, follow detailed instructions, and deliver high quality work with excellent accuracy. If you enjoy independent, task based work and take pride in being thorough, we’d love to hear from you.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive hourly pay - 18,750 COP/hour

**Professional Skills & Experience**:
- High school or equivalent degree.
- College is a plus
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience in call centers, business process outsourcing, or data entry or labelling is a plus.
- English Proficiency B2 or higher.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High level of concentration and ability to process repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to maintain focus for extended periods while reviewing sports footage.
- Familiarity with different sports, teams, and rules (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of video playback tools and ability to pause, rewind, and review footage efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Strong communication skills for reporting inconsistencies or issues.
- High integrity and will driven individual who aspires to do better.
**Availability & Commitment**:
- Ability to work from 12:00 PM (Noon) to 12:00 AM (Midnight) US eastern time, including on weekends.
- Hours may shift as business needs update, you’ll be informed ahead of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on the sports schedule.
- Commitment to maintaining consistency and quality in data collection.
