GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations.
***NOTE: this position is work from the office in Medellin. Not from home***
Position Requirements:
- Possess strong communication skills - verbal and written ENGLISH.
- Microsoft office experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
- MUST multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Customer service skills.
- Thoroughness and Attention to detail is very important.
- Self-motivated problem-solver that has a strong desire to meet our company needs.
- Accurate data entry.
General Job Duties:
- Inbound/outbound calls.
- Manual daily billing for specific customers.
- Data entry.
- Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received.
- Providing billing updates to the customers via e-mail and/or phone.
- Assisting account department with their day-to-day duties.
Schedule:
Monday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Tuesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Wednesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Friday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Salary: 3' COP
Full-time (No remote work). We are located in El Poblado
