Ubicación: Presencial en Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali o Medellín. **Remuneración**: $2,200,000.00 a $2,800,000.00 (65% prestacional + 35% no prestacional). **Responsabilidades** - Atender llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y chats en línea de clientes. - Mantener registros detallados de las interacciones con los clientes. - Procesar cuentas de clientes y archivar documentos. - Proporcionar información actualizada sobre productos y servicios. - Realizar ventas adicionales de productos y servicios. - Escalar problemas de clientes al departamento o gerente correspondiente. - Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas de clientes. - Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento. **Requisitos y Habilidades** - **Experiência de 1 año en servicio al cliente.**: - **Nível de inglés C1 - es INDISPENSABLE **para esta vacante. - Capacidad para cumplir con las cuotas de presentación de documentos. - Alta inteligencia emocional y capacidad para manejar clientes difíciles o molestos, con menor nível educativo. - Alta atención al detalle y habilidad con los números. - Capacidad para trabajar con clientes en situaciones escaladas, mantener la calma y recopilar información importante. - Excelentes habilidades de seguimiento. **Beneficios** - Contrato a término indefinido. - Excelente ambiente laboral. - Cursos gratis en Solvo University. - Cursos de excel, Inglés, finanzas personales y más, para ti y tu familia. - Planes de bienestar. - Remuneración altamente competitiva. - Muchas oportunidades de crecimiento. - Oportunidades de practicar el idioma. - No te pierdas esta gran oportunidad.
