**About the role**

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence at Revolut. Someone with an analytical mind to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

**What you'll be doing**

- Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
- Designing, implementing, and testing controls
- Developing and testing key procedures
- Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
- Registering risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reports
- Working with product teams to ensure new features are ready for market launch
- Supporting third-party management and business continuity plans
- Conducting reviews in areas with high-risk incidents
- Collaborating with the Operations team on reviewing their risk profile and control environment
- Remediating gaps and issues

**What you'll need**

- 8+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services or a regulated entity
- Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
- The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
- An organized and methodological approach

**Nice to have**

- Experience working with merchant acquiring products
- A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
