**Middle Project Manager**:
The Project Manager should lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering projected results and surpassing customer expectations through a proactive culture. They are responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and ensuring that all stakeholders are pleased with the outcome.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination positions;
- Theoretical but strong knowledge in Project Management areas and methods;
- Proven track record for successfully delivering small or medium-sized projects in the IT field;
- Understanding of software development life cycle; Experience with Agile/Scrum process;
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
- Desire and ability to learn and develop;
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning;
- Setup of general reporting practices; Manage the team of developers;
- Participating in roadmap development, and its execution control.
