**Responsibilities**:

- Find and manage relationships with reliable UGC creators
- Build creative briefs and marketing strategies
- Negotiate with influencers/content creators
- Coordinate and assign tasks to the content creators and video editors
- Analyze creator performance based on data by recognizing patterns and trends on social media platforms
- Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are being met
- Create content, comfortable being in front of the camera
- Create and execute processes to simplify content sourcing and creation strategies
- Create an organized system to manage creators and content
- Work closely with media buyers and the creative team to understand market trends and successful creative strategies
- Efficiently communicate and collaborate with content creators, media buyers, and video editors
- Fluency in English (Non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
- Proven experience of UGC content creation and influencer/ content creator management
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies
- Previous use of Beeroll to find qualified content creators
- Proficient understanding of our communication and task management channels: G-Suite ClickUp and Slack
- Comfortable presenting on Zoom
- Natural ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects
- Exemplary time and task management skills
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Proven experience working collaboratively with multiple teams
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
