Position Summary


The Sr. Demand Planner ensures company's operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. The duties include estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, be the key stakeholder and influencer for the Integrated Business Planning process(EBP). To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills


Universal Accountabilities


Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers in Col & PRResponsible to conduct EBP Commercial Review for CO & PRPropose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy at deep level of aggregationChallenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…) with relevant data analysisMonitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategiesUsing and maintaining the demand planning softwareResponsible for the co-packing process and plan with 4PLReport of forecasts, Service, and inventory KPIs

Required Skills and Experience


Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fieldsA minimum of 3 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level attention to detail and organization

Working Relationships

Reports to Latam Demand Planning Manager.Key relationships internally include Supply Planning, W&D, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance & BI.Interact with Leadership Teams, Commercial Director, pars in other Countries, Regions

Work Environment

Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company meetings, trainings.
