**QA Analyst**:
**What's the role?**:
We are seeking a QA Analyst with solid hands-on experience testing Salesforce core solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role is execution-focused and will support end-to-end testing activities across multiple Salesforce implementations.

**What will you do?**:

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom features.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems.
- Validate end-to-end Salesforce business processes, workflows, data accuracy, and boundary cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools; collaborate with developers and admins to validate fixes.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Support UAT execution and assist business users when needed.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, QA readiness, retrospectives). Contribute to QA documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What do we expect from you?**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Salesforce QA Engineer.
- Strong manual testing experience in Salesforce core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman).
- Exposure to test automation frameworks (ability to execute and maintain existing automation).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- English level: B2-C1.
