Responsabilities:
Auditorias diarias.
Procesar los puntajes y observaciones semanales.
Alimentar el scorecard de calidad a tiempo.
Recibir y procesar las apelaciones presentadas por los reclutadores.
Retroalimentar el proceso tanto en hallazgos como en oportunidades de hacerlo más eficiente.
Reportar diariamente estatus y avances al QA Lead.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Nível de inglés B2 en adelante.
Experiência min de 6 meses a 1 año como QA Analyst.
Comunicación asertiva. Excelente actitud
Capacidad analítica.
Puntualidad y oportunidad en la reporteria.
Comunicación escrita clara y legible para cualquier audiencia.
Facilidad numérica como punto de partida para el análisis.
Valor agregado es tener experiência en Talent Acquisition.
Disposición para atender a las personas toda vez que recibirán comunicación y preguntas de los reclutadores.
Comments
Es indispensable que la persona haya tenido estabilidad previa mínimo 1 año o más en trabajos anteriores.
Que haya tenido experiência de 6 meses a 1 año como reclutador/en reclutamiento y/o QA, nível intermedio en ingles enfocado en el listening.
Que tenga buena capacidad de análisis.
Que haya adquirido responsabilidades, preferiblemente mayor a 25 años, con muy buena gestión emocional (se puede vislumbrar en la entrevista colocándolos en una situación difícil y ver como reaccionan)
