**Job Title**: Financial Analyst II

DESCRIPTION:
Exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst II in the telecommunications sector We are seeking a dynamic professional from Colombia who can work remotely to join our team in the USA and contribute to our financial success. If you are passionate about analytics, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Active partnership with different departments to deliver comprehensive reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that guide informed decision making.
- Analyze Financial Data and provide explanation on variances.
- Create monthly reports of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Investigate and analyze discrepancies in data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentations.
- Able to process and analyze large databases.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Create ad hoc reports and presentations as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; MBA Preferred.
- Advanced English Level.
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with a focus on analytics.
- Advanced Skills in Excel and Power Point required.
- Financial Modeling and strong analytical skills required.
- Advanced knowledge of the 3 financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Understanding of databases and queries.
- Oracle Cloud Knowledge or ERP Systems (a Plus).
- Smart View Experience (a Plus).
- Experience in the Telecommunications Industry (a Plus).
- Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively with others with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Deliver, on time, high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
