Description

Job Title: Financial Project Analyst Intern
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 Months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: Currently studying Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields.

Role Overview:
As a Financial Project Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in preparing global financial reports, supporting contract maintenance, and assisting with SOX reporting, offering you valuable insights into Nokia's global operations and financial practices.

 

Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will: 

  • Prepare standard and global financial reports for CO projects to support decision-making by Financial Project Controllers.
  • Complete SOX reports and provide supporting evidence to Customer Teams, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Organize and store financial documentation and reports in shared locations for easy access and reference.
  • Support project closure by managing WBS, Sales Orders, and Service Orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Logistics and Shared Services.
  • Conduct data cleanup in SAP, focusing on open Quantity Contracts and GIT to ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key financial reports including Balance Sheet Review (BSR), Order Backlog (OBL), and Profit & Loss (P&L).
Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have:

  • A proactive approach towards self-learning and technology adoption.
  • Fluency in business English and Spanish (both written and spoken) (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel, and you have knowledge of PBI, Phyton, or others.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with SAP, specifically for service order processing.
  • Availability for a 1-year internship.
  • Basic knowledge of SOX compliance processes.
  • Project management skills to support cross-functional teamwork.
