Together, with our whole Ohana (Hawaiian for "family") made up of our employees, customers, partners, and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world. **Role Description**: **Responsibilities** - Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation - Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards - Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues - Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations - Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment and following our methodology - Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours - Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, being a strong technical reference for our internal implementation team. **Required Qualifications/Skills**: - Strong experience in agile methodology / Scaled Agile Framework - Advanced Git or Source Tracking knowledge - Strong analytical skills & logical reasoning - Intermediate+ knowledge in Javascript / Front-end - Advanced knowledge in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative(Point and Click) salesforce development - Intermediate+ RDBMS knowledge - Intermediate+ knowledge in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies - Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTPS) - Need to have an understanding of MVC architecture - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I Certificated and App Builder Certificated will be a plus **Benefits & perks** Employee Stock Purchase Program Health Insurance for the family group Wellness and Education Reimbursement Parental Leave Childcare subsidies And more **Accommodations**: **Posting Statement**: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
