**About The Role**

**Tableau Consultant**
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau consultant to join the team and take on a role in developing comprehensive data visualization solutions for our clients. As a Tableau Consultant, you will be responsible for building Tableau dashboards, constructing Tableau data models, implementing interactive features, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring data accuracy and user engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Tableau dashboards and automate processes on the Tableau Server.
- Construct complex Tableau Data Models in Tableau Desktop.
- Support data validation, user experience, and dashboard testing processes.
- Implement best practices and governance processes on the Tableau platform, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Roll out dashboard solutions to stakeholders, automate refreshes, and
- providing solution training as needed.
- Define support processes and facilitate Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for clients.
- Review monitoring requirements and contribute to release management processes to maintain the integrity and performance of Tableau solutions.
- Collaborate with Team Members to identify opportunities for leveraging Tableau to drive business outcomes and strategic growth.
- Act as a champion for Tableau within the client, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and experience in developing interactive dashboards.
- Experience in developing and implementing training and upskilling programs for clients and internal teams.
- Experience with data governance processes and implementing security measures within Tableau.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
- Technical consulting background is a plus.
