The Social Media team is a crucial part of the Creative Department, a diverse group of specialists with a shared vision. **About The Role**
Get your foot in the door at a growing start up, and get the opportunity to help shape our young social media department
You're excited about this opportunity because you will
- Create the most commanding social presence in our category in terms of loyal followers, engagement, etc. on each social channel (specifically Instagram and Facebook)
- Grow subscriber list on social channels through creative and memorable campaigns and content
- Own the management of our social media accounts & collaborate on our brand marketing strategy
- Be on the cutting edge on all social channels, leveraging first-mover advantage and test new channels
- Use social media to engage with and build customer advocates who willingly spread word of mouth
- Measure and analyze social media activity, altering strategy and tactics as-needed based on data-driven insights
- Plan, schedule, publish social media postings for client campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Monitor discussions, posts, comments and messages across multiple Facebook pages and other social media platforms
- Engage with followers and influencers across social platforms, including retweeting, liking, responding to posts and identifying opportunities for potential brands partnerships
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with client marketing strategies
**We're excited about you because you have**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, running organic social or a social account for a Direct-to-Consumer or B2C company, or equivalent
- Experience managing and overseeing a large client base, using tools like Social Pilot
- Demonstrated ability to significantly grow followers, engagement, audience, as well as building and interacting with a community
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, social and meme culture, and how a clearly defined brand can cut through
- Experience with Social Media scheduling tools like Social Pilot, and tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Audience Insights, Instagram Business Insights, YouTube Analytics, Canva.
- Kept up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Hands on experience in content management with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- A Passion for helping small brands grow their vision & brand awareness
- Familiarity with third-party analytics and scheduling platforms
