**Job Description**:

- The person must support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation.
- Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner.
- Escalate issues and provide high-level synopsis of current community conversations as needed.
- Monitor and track discussion topics for management team; prepare weekly reports to update staff/clients on predetermined metrics. Proactively monitor brand and relevant themes/news stories as they gain traction across social media and provide suggestions for timely content, assets and relevant conversations within brand communities.
- Work daily with Social Media Strategist and client teams ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that the resulting social conversations are relevant to client goals.
- Work with Social Media Strategist to update editorial calendars and ensure all assets/materials are timely, up to date and approved.
- Use online listening, supplemental research and daily community learnings to provide insights for improving programs, optimizing content and otherwise enhancing the success of all brand social media marketing efforts.
- Research, identify and vet bloggers and other key community influencers for influencer campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of professional work experience at interactive, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred, as a guide
- Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, TikTok Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Possess background knowledge and a true passion for the social media marketing space
- Must have strong verbal and writing/grammatical skills as well as ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly; keen eye for detail also required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to write clear, actionable insights as well as grammatically correct copy for posts, community management responses and real-time program activations
- Advanced English level
