We are hiring a **Global Forwarding Operations Agent** in **Bogotá, Colombia**
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Manage Express Rail Service requests, carrier communication, QC checks, billing & costing
Support Canadian freight ops with docs like manifests, invoices & pre-alerts
Maintain accuracy in **Cargowise** for shipments
Update our auto costing database with carrier rates & transport zones
️ Track ocean imports & send warehouse notifications
Assist with cost tracking, remittances & billing
Monitor KPIs & support diversions
**What You Bring**:
6 months-1 year of experience or education in logistics/freight
Knowledge of international freight docs = big plus
Strong English fluency (mandatory)
️ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with **Cargowise** or **Emanifest** is a major asset
Organized, proactive, and ready to grow

Buscamos un/a **Agente de Operaciones de Transporte Internacional** para unirse a nuestro equipo en **Bogotá**
**Tus responsabilidades**:
Gestionar solicitudes del programa Express Rail: comunicación con clientes y transportistas, control de calidad, facturación y costeo
Apoyar la división de carga internacional de Canadá con gestión documental (manifiestos, pre-alertas, facturas)
Mantener precisión en los datos de **Cargowise**
Actualizar bases de datos de autocosteo con tarifas de transporte
️ Rastrear importaciones marítimas y coordinar con bodegas
Brindar soporte en pagos, remesas y facturación
Monitorear indicadores (KPIs) y apoyar desvíos de carga
**Requisitos**:
6 meses a 1 año de experiência o formación en logística
Conocimiento en documentación de carga internacional es una ventaja
Inglés fluido (obligatorio)
️ Manejo de Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experiência con **Cargowise** o **Emanifest** es un plus
