**Horario**: Flexible de Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 8:00 pm EST — Fines de semana libres.
**Remuneración**: $2.800.000 ($1.820.000 prestacional y $980.000 no prestacional) + $162.000 de Auxilio de Transporte
**Responsabilidades**
- Mantener una alta tasa de retención de clientes, ofreciendo un servicio al cliente superior y abordando las consultas de los clientes de manera efectiva.
- Realizar investigaciones y resolver consultas de clientes, proporcionando soluciones rápidas y precisas. - Escalar adecuadamente problemas complejos para clientes y participantes, siguiendo nuestros procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Participar en programas de capacitación en servicio al cliente para mejorar tus conocimientos y habilidades, lo que te permitirá brindar un soporte excepcional.
**Habilidades requeridas**
- Nível de inglés avanzado **(B2+/C1 es indispensable).**:
- **+6 meses de experiência como Customer Support o Customer Service Representative**.
- Habilidades interpersonales sólidas.
- Habilidades organizativas y analíticas sólidas.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y profesional.
