- Ser responsable por el end to end de procesos de reclutamiento y adquisicion de talento de manera global
- Identificar y proponer ideas innovadoras para posicionar nuestra marca empleadora
- Seleccionar el mejor talento a traves de metodologias orientadas a la evaluacion de competencias
- Realizar seguimiento a los resultados claves del area proponiendo alternativas de mejora continua

- Formacion academica afin a las funciones
- Experiência en las funciones descriptas mínima de 3 años
- Organizacion, proactividad y analisis
