**Job Description — Marketing Associate**

**Location**: Bogotá
**Work Mode**: Onsite
**Schedule**: Full availability from Monday to Sunday, **2 days off**, **8 hours per day**, **40 hours per week**
**Contract Type**: Permanent (Indefinite Term)
**Salary**: 3,200,000 COP

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily marketing and prospecting activities across different channels.
- Assist in lead generation, prospect follow-up, and basic CRM management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and reports.
- Support content distribution and campaign execution.
- Track and update marketing and prospecting data accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within marketing operations.

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (**preferred but not required**).
- **Minimum 8 months of experience** in marketing, prospecting, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic to intermediate English level is a plus.
