We're now looking for a Junior Marketing Associate who is curious, motivated, and excited about AI, technology, and learning how modern tech companies grow.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take real responsibility, and work closely with senior leadership. You will support marketing initiatives across content, social media, events, and campaigns—while learning how AI products are positioned, communicated, and launched in the real world.
What You'll Do
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, the website, and marketing materials
- Assist with social media management and community engagement
- Help prepare presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks
- Support event marketing, partnerships, and campaigns
- Research competitors, industry trends, and AI-related topics
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and company founders
- Learn how to communicate complex AI and technology concepts in clear, simple ways
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in AI, technology, startups, or innovation
- Good writing and communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Bogotá and open to hybrid or in-person collaboration
