IBI Clinic is seeking a
results-driven, hands-on Virtual Marketing Associate
to execute, optimize, and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just plan — you
build, launch, test, measure, and improve
campaigns daily.

You'll own
day-to-day digital marketing execution
across SEO, paid ads, content, website performance, and AI-powered automation to drive traffic, visibility, and patient acquisition.

Your Role (What You'll Do)

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical optimizations
  • Execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and leads
  • Create, publish, and optimize content across social media
  • Build and optimize Google My Business profiles for local search
  • Maintain website performance, accuracy, and uptime
  • Track, analyze, and report on website, paid ads, SEO, and social metrics
  • Write SEO-driven blog posts to increase organic traffic
  • Design graphics and edit videos for campaigns
  • Collaborate across teams to launch and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and content creation
  • Continuously test, refine, and scale what works

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven execution across SEO, paid ads, content, and analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Experience with website maintenance, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Strong social media management and content production skills
  • Comfort with AI-driven tools and automation
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Location: Remote | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
