**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Project Planning and Management**

  • Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and key milestones.
  • Ensure projects adhere to set budgets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

- **HubSpot Integration Expertise**

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of HubSpot solutions tailored to the company's needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with existing systems and third-party platforms.

- **Cross-functional Collaboration**

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support) to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project status.

- **Technical Oversight and Problem-solving**

  • Oversee technical aspects such as data migration, system customization, and API integrations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues during implementation to maintain project continuity.

- **Training and User Support**

  • Create and deliver training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the new system.
  • Provide post-implementation support and address any technical or user concerns.

**Qualifications**

  • **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, ideally in SaaS startups or technology-driven environments.
  • **Technical Proficiency**: Proven experience with HubSpot (certifications are a plus), including CRM integration and customization.
  • **Startup Launch Experience**: Demonstrated ability to manage projects in high-growth, early-stage startup environments.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and multitasking.
  • **Problem-solving Abilities**: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to navigate complex technical issues.
  • **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.

**Preferred**

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other SaaS platforms and integration methods.
