**FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR**

As the **FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR**, you will Execute Food Safety programs in compliance with corporate policies and ensure compliance at the plant

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Execute and ensure plant compliance with Food Safety programs related to BPM, control microbiological, pest control, environmental monitoring, allergens, cleaning and disinfection, hygienic zones, HACCP, strange material
- Generate the monthly Sanitation Score Card indicators and follow up on the action plans generated against deviations
- Support the processes of external and internal audits of Q&FS guaranteeing the fulfillment of the programs to its position
- Lead the plant Housekeeping program ensuring compliance with Food Safety requirements.
- Manage the cleaning and disinfection procedures of the plant and develop the new procedures that are require in compliance with corporate policies
- Administration and control of the Food Safety budget.
- Support the development and coaching processes for operators and quality practitioners, as well as the administration of working hours through Kronos, guaranteeing the standard work schedule for each shift
- Actively participate in the Q&FS center of excellence under the KWS model
- Comply with policies, programs and participate in activities aimed at preventing injuries, prevention of diseases and prevention of the environment, modeling safe behaviors, aligned to our k values.
- Ensures compliance with food safety indicators through its participation and management of the Golden Six internal audit program and promoting a culture of food safety

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Professional in food, chemical, industrial or related engineering, microbiology Internal auditor in HACCP, SQF
- Basic English
- 2 years of experience in food industries, managing Food Safety Skill teams 4 in: Golden Six, Kellogg Food Safety Plan, CAPA, SOT, Insight
