Crece con nosotros como **Customer Service Coordinator **en **Kellogg. **Serás responsable de** **garantizar el cumplimiento de los targets de servicio en línea con las expectativas de los clientes, asegurar la disponibilidad en góndola de nuestros productos y dar soporte logístico a las distintas cadenas en cuanto a procesos colaborativos y eficiencias logísticas.

**QUÉ ESTARÉ HACIENDO?**

En tu rol como **Customer Service Coordinator **serás parte de nuestro éxito al tener las siguientes responsabilidades
- Agendar y liderar reuniones colaborativas con Top Customers, para afianzar la comunicación y relación con clientes y proponer proyectos de eficiencias que beneficien al área
- Realizar conciliación semanal/mensual del Fill Rate, Ontime y OTIF con nuestros Top Customers
- Garantizar excelentes níveles de servicio
- Liderar proceso de reducción de agotados para crear una alineación entre el equipo multifuncional y Logyca
- Manejar inventarios de los clientes a través de la plataforma VMI y de sugeridos en las órdenes de compra
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el equipo comercial proporcionando visibilidad de riesgos y agotados a nível compañía
- Garantizar los objetivos de Disponibilidad en góndola para todas las cadenas del canal moderno
- Manejar órdenes de compra y tomar decisiones para no afectar el servicio de acuerdo con las prioridades de la compañía
- Segmentar y conocer cada canal para accionar planes de Customer Engagement enfocados a las necesidades de todos los clientes

Requerido:

- Cualquier ingeniería, Administración o carreras afines
- Proactividad
- Liderazgo
- 2 años de experiência en el área de Customer Service
- Manejo intermedio - avanzado de Excel
- Manejo de SAP deseable
- Nível de inglés intermedio
