Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an Application Administrator This resource will be working at our client site in Colombia.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies user requirements, recommends enhancements and new features for existing systems.
- Implementing new mechanisms of quick response for all inquiries in timely and efficient manner.
- To provide on daily basis efficient, timely, accurate and courteous help to all customers.
- To provide advice to users; analyses requirements of users, translates requirements into solutions.
- Application Maintenance and monitoring. Support users with the requirements of the unit
- Manage staff check-out through the available platforms.
- Processing & updating all data. Manage data bases and provide reports for decision making. Prepare Power BI reports for Data Visualization.
- Proficient in programming languages, such as.NET Framework, Microsoft SQL, HTML/CSS
- Capacity to provide end-user training for Core Mission Applications and to produce and maintain user documentation for newly developed modules
- Oversee Veritas NetBackup Servers and perform System Backups and data retrieval. As well as monitoring logs and reports to ensure continued operation.

Required Experience:

- Must have a national driver’s license.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
