**Who we are looking for**:
A Human Resources Administrator to join our team, providing support to our operations. You will work cross-functionally in human resources processes, in all steps of the employee lifecycle.
**Preferred skills and experience**:
- Detail oriented with strong commitment to follow through.- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders- Educated to a Degree level or similar discipline is preferred.- Ability to recognise when issues need to be escalated to the appropriate level of management. Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing.- Results oriented person with the ability to meet deadlines.- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Human Resources department is essential.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Completing the entire hiring process from receiving job offer details from our Recruitment team to the On-Boarding of new starters on their first day.- Processing new starter documentation and completing right to work checks in line with statutory requirements- Scheduling required medical checks of all new starters and ensuring that the process is completed prior to employment commencing.- Ensuring references and verification checks are carried out and recorded according to internal policies and procedures.- Managing employee documentation in line with data information security regulations.- Recording employee absence and reporting to management in line with internal policies and procedures.- Producing labour certifications when requested.- Completing the entire leaver process of employees in line with internal policies and procedures and local legal requirements.- Scanning, printing and filing documentation where required.- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times and escalating to management when any critical issues are identified.**Want to become part of the team?**:
