Collector Specialist

En Solvo Global estamos buscando personas con actitud proactiva, persuasivas y con conocimiento en ventas.

**Los requisitos que tenemos son muy simples**:
Que cuentes con un nível de inglés entre +85% y 90% y que tengas experiências de 6 meses o más en recolección de cartera, cobranza o áreas contables.

**Tu Remuneración sería de: $2.600.000 COP + Auxilio de transporte + Comisiones por cumplimiento de metas + comisiones por metas de mes (KPI)**

Solo pedimos que trates bien a nuestros clientes y que dispongas con el tiempo para cumplir la franja laboral

**Tus horarios serían**: lunes a viernes con disponibilidad de 8 am a 8 pm. Dentro de ese turno se asignará tu jornada laboral.

**Tus responsabilidades**:Ponerte en contacto con los clientes de la empresa a través de llamadas telefónicas salientes/entrantes y otros medios de comunicación para negociar las condiciones y los métodos de pago de las deudas que estos tienen con la compañía. Así mismo que, gestionar la información de los deudores para encontrar el apalancamiento suficiente para cobrar y lograr que el deudor pague.
