We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to join our expanding team Our client, a leading technology company in its segment, is rapidly expanding its presence and operations. As part of this expansion, we are actively recruiting in Colombia to bolster our sales team.
We are seeking individuals who embody the three key characteristics of successful salespeople:

- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value of our solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate various situations, quickly adjust strategies, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Area mission**:
The area's mission is to work with the engagement of new partners, to start working with tech solutions (cloud, data and cibersecurity).
**Description of activities**:
- Build initial relationships with potential partners for the client,
- Focus on prospection, identifying potential partners in the IT/Software/VAR/ISV market;
- Searching for the right people to be contacted, in order to “open doors” for a presentation that will be made by AM or SC.
**Requisitos e qualificações** Hard Skills required**:
- Previous experience in companies in the technology segment;
- Experience as an SDR for the technology segment;
- Microsoft Office/ G-Suit skills (minimum intermediate Excel)
**Soft Skills required**:
- Hands-on, creative, proactive, keen critical sense, punctual, organized;
- Fast learner;
- Ability to search about the partners that will be prospected, in order to be better prepared to start contacting them.
**Training**:
- Completed bachelor's or associate's degree
- Advanced English
