Looking for a varied remote agent role within an innovative global business? Able to speak English fluently? Then we’re looking for you Digital Customer Care Company is looking for people with a high level of English for the position of Live Chat Agent to work directly for one of our accounts.

We have contact center agents based in 10+ countries and handle over 15,000 customer interactions a month. **What do we do?**

For our clients, we proactively greet all their website visitors and assist them in finding the right information. Using live chat, you will support visitors and convert them to high-quality leads. Our client is a large US company and market leader in their business. By outsourcing live chat to us, our clients can focus on their core activities.

**About the work**

In this varied and versatile position, you’ll be responsible for answering various customer questions about products and services. You’ll cultivate an interest in the visitor with the aim of collecting their contact details. After extensive training, you will have plenty of knowledge about our client’s various products and services. You will handle up to three chat conversations simultaneously and consult various systems to answer customer questions accurately and quickly.

**Flexibility**

You will work 40 hours a week between 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays to Fridays. Working online (especially from home) is the real benefit of this position. You must be able to work during office hours for the first few weeks due to the paid training and induction period. This is a long-term job, so you must be available for at least 12 months. This job is ideal for recent graduates, intelligent students, commercially inclined mothers, communicative home dads, and enthusiastic individuals over 50

**Your duties and responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the care of our English-speaking customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback.
- Work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service.
- Qualify leads and deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels.
- Communicate with a range of customers, answer questions, and generate leads.
